This site is a look into project management though a in-class assignment during my time at NEIT (New England Institute of Technology) working on my bachelors courses. This project management plan is to produce a strong social media campaign for the company xylem.
The plan was to improvements on:
- Making their SM marketing consistent
- Extending their SM outreach
- Adding another SM platform for them to market on
- Communicating to their TA more on SM
- Having employees engage with SM directly
- Having Content Variety
