Absence:
In the event of an absence, the meeting will be rescheduled to suit a more applicable time.
Strategies:
Our mission is to use everybody’s skills set to work for the common goal. Checking off everything we need to accomplish before reaching the agreed upon objective.
Attendance:
Attendance is mandatory for the agreed time frame. If there is any reason to suggest an absence to the meetings, it is required that we contact the team leaders to discuss rescheduling.
Communication:
All parties are required to communicate with team members to share ideas and discuss any complications that arises.
